Financial Assistance

Helping You Help Your Pet.

We understand that most people experience financial hardship at one time or another. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible care your pet within your budget, and to do it without judgement. Part of our vision has always been affordable emergency care for pets in our community. We believe that as a group, if we all work together, we can achieve a positive solution that works for all parties involved. Our clinic will always provide pain relief and/or humane euthanasia for any animal in need regardless of their owner’s financial situation, as we believe we are ethically and emotionally bound to do this.

In the interest of employing the best people in our field to work nights, weekends, holidays, and long shifts, we believe they should be paid a living wage and treated as the high-level professionals they are. To do this, we must cover our costs for having the specialized equipment, medications, and support that they need to function at their best. We cannot provide advanced medical diagnostics, treatments, or surgeries for less than the prices we have established at our practice. We appreciate your efforts to help us help you find a way to financially provide for your pet.

We are unable to provide in-house payment plans.

Scratch Pay

Scratch Pay is a payment plan option you can apply for with no risk to your credit. This is different than a credit card. You have the option of choosing which repayment plan is best for you. More information can be found here.

Grants

There are a few pet-specific grants that may be able to help you bridge the gap in what you can afford and what your pet needs. Most of these organizations have specific requirements (spay/neuter, demonstrable financial need, vaccination, etc.) before they will release funds. More information at:
